Concert in Ankara

During the concert tour in Turkey, the choir will perform two programs.
 The second program, on 2025 October 11th, will take place in Ankara during the TENSO conference, featuring works by M. K. Čiurlionis that reflect Lithuania’s musical heritage, performed at the CSO Ada Ankara (the Presidential Symphony Orchestra Hall) together with the Turkish State Choir.

For Polifonija, this is not only an opportunity to perform abroad but also a cultural dialogue: joint projects with Turkish performers and participation in the TENSO conference will expand professional connections and foster exchange among European chamber ensembles.

A special honor awaits as well — the choir has been invited to take part in a TENSO conference lecture, where conductor Linas Balandis will deliver his presentation.
